Activity Analysis dashboard: total average response time

The Activity Analysis dashboard shows split averages for client and infra for applications that have the seperation (not Office), but it doesn't show the total averages. Please add it to the three widgets on the left (e.g. new column between Total Activities and Infra|Client), and to the Trends (e.g. thin dashed line with apdex score colour).

    It is available as a popup when hovering over the client/server bar, it will show the total response time. We will consider adding that as a separate number/bar in addition.
