Set detection to alert only on Business Hours

We have a business need to turn OFF detection at specific timeframes, so that we do not see alerts. Some of the activities will generate incidents during off hours due to the number of users being minimal, so the minimimum amount of measurements to trigger an incident based off percentages is drastically reduced. The problem is, raising the percentage of desktops and the minimum number of desktops in order to create an incident will also stop alerts that are coming during production hours that SHOULD be reported. What we are requesting is a filter that allows us to define when alerts can be created by time, so we can state that alerts will be sent between 9-5 PM.

    I would also like to see the ability to have business hours based off local agent time as we are a global company with consistently rotating business hours.
